Sally Mander, a salamander and Oleander are in a Big Words Small Stories book. The stories are so quite, and funny, plus you get to learn large words, and add them to your vocabulary.

This book, the third in the series, explores the words meaning of Attire, Peccadillo, procrastinate, regurgitate and Flabbergasted.

But wait, you may say, aren't those words to big for kids to learn?

No, because it is all part of the funny stories.

And I will admit that I wasn't even aware of the one of the words, Peccadillo, to case a small offense.

Great way to kids to get interested in words. And I love the characters that help too.

Thanks to Netgalley for making this book available for an honest review.

I am flabbergasted at how cute this book was. The sprinkle fairy was an interesting way to warn us when a big word was coming. A fun idea to teach children big worlds in an interesting way.

It would be a peccadillo if I didn’t give this book 5 stars.
