So you know how children books are about things that kids find interesting and how it makes them happy or something that they are interested in? Yeah, Vitello series is not about that. It is an adult man sitting there and thinking what a “stupid” kid might do and then he writes about that. People keep saying that that is what is so good about this series, since it is such a different children's book, but different does not always mean good.

This books series is a very popular teaching tool and being a teacher for the younger children i had to read at the very least some of these books. Luckily a friend of mine had two lying around.
