The modern day equivalent to Alan Moore's "The Killing Joke".

Generally good artwork, mediocre story = meh 😐
Joker is released from Arkham Asylum because 🤷♂️ and immediately goes on a standard Joker murderous rampage. Billed as giving psychological insight into his character, but it utterly fails to do so. But as I say, pretty, if gory, pictures. Just barely 3🃏

This was okay. The story was not too great, but there is something about the Joker, that I could enjoy pretty much anything about him. Not too sure about this one tho.
I also love Harley Quinn and she could have been so great in this, but she was only the background (as eye-candy) and said exactly ONE thing in the entire comic.
But I really liked the idea that the story was told through the eyes of a minor criminal who wants to make it in Gotham.
All in all this was okay, but it had the potential to be something great. I think if they had stretched it out, they could have fleshed out the story much more.
(But the art style was amazing!)
