omg, this book is hot. I love the main characters attitude and ability to be feisty. I really enjoy the power and control Mount has. While one part I was like what?? I think there is more to it than meets the eye because of the surprise ending.

Loved the story but wasn’t a fan of these voice actors. I miss Andi & Zachary.

The story felt repetitive and surface level. I was looking for a revenge type trope with a hero who regrets his best laid plans, but I need more depth for the trope to have the full effect. Plus, when the end left off on a cliffhanger and I discovered that you have to read two more books like this one to get to a conclusion, I threw in the towel.

Super intense, sexy, dirty, gritty and what a rush! Loved it. Great mystery, suspense with tons of having to "fan yourself" moments from the super hot scenes. I felt like I was on fire while reading. The book has a great storyline and I am excited to see what happens next in this series.
Good character development, plots and twists that kept me every entertained.

☁️ - When I read it for the first time I gave it 5 stars (it was the emotion).

☁️ - Rereading Lachlan and keira again was great, I am FUCKING in love with the books. I can't say the story is great but it's really addicting.

Characters:

Keira

☁️ - I love this woman more than myself, keira's strength is extremely amazing, the way she stood up to Lachlan with the damn henna tattoo is GREAT and the other two books leave you drooling over this woman.

Lachlan

☁️ - He's a freaking troglodyte but...I love him (I fell for him in the first chapter). There were moments that made me cringe and I admit it...most of them were Lachlan's, he just opens his mouth and at times says stupid things (whatever, I love him).

Anyway... it's a book that you can pass the time but if there are strong themes, you have to be careful when reading and take into account the warnings (and prepare for the end of the two books).
