I read this almost in one sitting, so yay me. Pretty easy to read, all in all a nice conclusion to the series. My only qualm about it was the ending because it felt rushed. I felt like I needed one or two chapters after the last one to explain things in a more detailed way. There were a few things that needed... more. What happened to the governments? Are there a new system or did people keep the previous one? Did people separate by isles again or just lived in one all together? What about the culture based in all the gods, did they just start anew or kept the traditions as they were even after what happened? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Other than those unanswered questions, it was a solid 4-star read for me.

More dragons! Dragons leaving! Yikes! This was a great end to the series. I really love the way Jodi Meadows can wrap up a series especially one about rebellion in such a way that it feels authentic and satisfying.

I loved this series so much. The dragons were awesome. I loved all the side characters. Mina is a favorite of mine. The story and world is just so awesome. The ending wrapped up nicely.

This was a devastatingly good ending. I adored every moment of Mira's adventures. She grows so much into herself as she fights for her people.

This one got a little long in the tooth for me. I was determined to get through it and I'm proud of myself that I did but I believe that this trilogy would have been better as a duology.
