huge fan of the show. not a fan of this book. there are very compelling parts that resonated with me, mainly hazel’s emotional state being compounded by . did not enjoy the structure of the book; i wish this has been a novella and had focused solely on hazel. the writing might’ve worked if it had been more sparse OR more focused on characters other than hazel and [eyes rolling] jasper. this book was honestly a let down but hazel is such a fascinating character… and liver was my favorite.
