Sidelined is a short read about two people who find their way back to one another.
25 Seconds changed Fletcher Wilde's destiney

The talented quarterback was injured and his career was in jeopardy..
In comes Cassidy Miller : Physical therapist but also Fetchers former girlfriend.
In the past, Fletcher choose Football over his relationship with Cassidy. Which puts him in a delicate situation , as she is the only PT who can whip him into shape.

Sidelined is a fast paced book. It focuses more on the relationship between Cassidy and Fletcher.
They still have feelings for one another, but adulating is hard, and all the chemistry in the world won't make them work a second time.
What can get them together is priorities : they both had to realize what they had is more important that their careers.
I was happy with the relationship progression and thought inserting Cassidy's ex into the story was un necessary. It added drama for dramas sake. I believe F&C were in a good place in the relationship and would have resolved the issues without outside forces interfering.

2,5 stars. It was too rushed and they were together like instantly. The woman was not as strong as I hoped her to be.

Sidelined was a quick, bit over the top at times, read. I didn't hate it, but I also didn't love it either. *some slight spoilers ahead*

Fletcher and Cassidy used to be an item, but then everything fell apart years ago. Now Fletcher is back in town and needs a physical therapist to try and recover so he can still play ball. And Cassidy is the only physical therapist in town. This was the typical second chance romance, only I really didn't like Cassidy. I really hate people who whine about how much someone else hurt them when they are the ones who did it to themselves. When they are the ones whose insecurities caused them to break someone else's heart. When the other person didn't do anything, and yet you claim they broke your heart. I really dislike that. Because you need to be honest with yourself and stop bad mouthing someone who didn't do anything and tried to make things work in a tough situation. I...I really hate people like that. Which was Cassidy. When we find out why they broke up to begin with I really didn't like her. And her whole can't have a relationship now even though we both still love each other? It was annoying. Plus she has a horrible ex and his whole storyline was a bit over the top for me.

I liked Fletcher a lot. He was hurt all those years ago, but he is willing to move on and try and actually have something with Cassidy. He gets why she didn't want to move to be with him before, but things are different now and he could try and move to be with her instead. They have more options now that he is set in his career and not a rookie. Plus she is more able to come and go so they can try and figure something out if she wants to. I liked Fletcher, but I wasn't really sure why he loved Cassidy so much. She was kind of terrible to him at times. But I liked him enough to want him to get his happily ever after, even if that was with Cassidy.

As I said this was an okay read, but not my favorite. For as much as I disliked Cassidy I expected to dislike the story more.

Can ex's rekindle that long lost love? or is it done and over with?!

Flecther a football star gets in an accident.. costing him the season.. as he recovers and gets better his therapist happens to be his ex-girlfriend Cassidy who he left behind for his dreams.

The sexual tension.. the angst from their past and present.. its so good you wanna smack both parties... plus some drama from someone's ex

What i hated about this story.. so much "will we" "won't we" from Cassidy.. like make up your mind!!! also another thing i disliked about Cassidy..
