Laughed my ass. Totally ridiculous in the best way. Both MCs were total sweethearts. As always, Lucy has made fantastic side characters. I seriously can’t wait for the next book in the series.

This was so good. Funny and silly and kinda romantic. I love these kinda stories with light deception for a great cause.

The way this story was told, and the number of characters we meet and really get to know so much about, makes me think that it could be a great series, but there’s nothing about this being a series so I was a little disappointed. I wanted to know about the brotherhood, and I’m pretty sure kenji and Landry are into each other, great enemies to lovers vibe.

Lucy Lennox weaves another enjoyable and fun romance filled with a great cast of characters, an interesting and engaging plot and lies, lots of lies that had me laughing out loud.

Rowe is adorably awkward and nervously rambles which makes him a terrible liar. He’s also kindhearted and on occasion a bit impetuous and I just adore him!
Upon first meeting Rowe, Bash can’t help himself and plays along with the lies including not being honest about who he actually is. This leads to some fun banter and hilarious over the top lies but the longer these deceptions go on, the more both men want them to stop. It’s not long before Rowe tells Bash the truth and they acknowledge the chemistry between them with some heated scenes mixed with tender moments.

I loved every minute of this book and devoured it in one sitting. With just a dash of angst on the way to their HEA, Rows and Bash had me laughing and smiling so hard at the end. The author also left us with plenty of teasers for the very interesting side characters and I can’t wait to see who gets their story told next.

this was so fun!

Prince of Lies has that ridiculously unserious humour that I love. It had me giggling and full out laughing multiple times. It didn't overshadow the rest of the book. Our romance between Rowe and Bash was so cute. The plot was interesting and the emotional beats hit.

I thought the book was cute and it was fun to follow. Hearing about Justin and Austin and trying to figure out how they both played into the sceme. And learning at Bash’ company had accidently stolen from Rowe but Bash wasnt going to stand for it. I do think there were a couple of chapters that didnt need to be there and werent entertaining in terms of fillers but overall it was decent. There was okay spice. Lots of drama. Lots of names i couldnt keep up with. I wouldnt read again but it was a good read.

This is a sweet romance with just a touch of mystery involved. Rowe and Bash are pretty adorable, and the setup, while convoluted, is fun - at times I wondered how Rowe hadn’t broken every bone in his body. Personally, while the lies were entertaining, the book really took off when everything started falling apart and Rowe became more three-dimensional as a character (as did Bash - toned down a bit of the bored rich guy routine, which was refreshing). Up until then, I enjoyed the book but was ready for the quirks to let up. After that point, I couldn’t put it down - Rowe’s project, his attachment to his sister, and Bash’s connection to the Brotherhood gave the story a depth that surprised me and upped it from a 3-star read to a solid 4.

I loved the first half of this book. Rowe pretending to be a billionaire was hilarious and the dialogue gorgeous. However the second half felt like it dragged after the illusion was revealed it felt like the pace was off and it was a lot of "preparing for the big meeting". I nearly did not finish but I'm stubborn so I did read to the end!! So 3 stars overall.
