A quick revolting read that had me laughing out loud. There wasn’t a lot of description when it came to the gore, it seemed to just skip over the juicy details. I kinda wish this was longer.

I honestly don't know how I feel about this book lol like, I made it through to the end and it kept my attention but idk if I liked it.. definitely made me uncomfortable so if that's what you're looking for this is for you. I love horror books but somehow I always get recommendations for this genre and I read it every time and also regret it every time

This book is... something else. I've seen people call it an intro to "extreme horror" and if that's the case...I've been ready for so long. It was more gross than it was scary. It was a very quick read so I didn't have to deal with the grossness for too long. Bart, the main character, is a very gross guy. The scariest part of this book (imo) is the fact that something like this could happen in real life and we wouldn't know. He did, however, get his just deserts at the end, just not in a satisfying way for the reader. Please read trigger warnings for this book.
