Great book! I love Maeve so much in this book but I did not love the view points of Knox and Pheobe, they sort of bored me. The ending left off on such a cliff hanger and I am so excited for it! I also wished they included more of the original bayview four. Still a great book though!

It’s okay. The first one in my opinion is defnitely better. This one just seems like the author is trying to beat a dead horse.

I have mixed feelings about this book. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed it and I thought that the characters (including new characters) points of view were really interesting but it lacked pace. There was something missing that the first book had. I definitely would recommend that you read the second one as it answers some unanswered questions from the first book but it is no where near as good as the first.

It took me way longer than the first book took me to read. I was busier in general but I had time where I could’ve picked up the book but chose not to because it wasn’t calling my name like other books. I was disappointed because I hoped that it would be as amazing as the first. Don’t let this put you off, it is still well worth the read I just think that it could’ve been better.

an ending i did NOT see coming - def got a little bored in the middle and it felt a little cliche for a second but i’m excited to see what the author does with book three this next year!

It's was a good book but DID NOT live up to be as good as the first one. Idk if it's just me wanting more of the Bayview 4 but it just wasn't so good.

I appreciated that the author brought back the characters of the first novel and really enjoyed the mystery in this second edition. Unfortunately, it didn't feel as gripping as the first and the text messaging used to implement fear felt a little unrealistic to me. I loved the interactions between all the characters and it really brought them all to life during some of the major dramatic highlights.
