This is probably my favorite in the series. I only wished the heroine was shown more as a warrior since she was portrayed as always training with the guys in the previous books. It's explained why she wanted to train as a warrior, but I still wish we didn't get the, "but deep down I've always wanted to play dress-up and be a regular girl" heroine. I went in expecting to like the heroine but actually liked the hero more.

My favorite of the McCabe Trilogy. Loved the couple the most and the conclusion to the overarching plot.

I'll admit, my heart breaks a little finishing these books up. Caelen's thoughtless words hurt my heart several times, but the ending was mwuh (chef's kiss)!

I don't enjoy traditional romances where the heroines are neurotic or the plot is based around poor communication. Not that there was no miscommunication, but it was realistic and solved by the two actually talking about the problem shortly after it occurred (like grownups!)

This book series was great! Fun and passionate! Sexy and brutal! The wives were an important part of the story.....and the men are 'real men', not the mewling 'yes-men' found in modern romance.

It wasn't perfect, but it was really, really fun.  5 Stars!

Best couple and book in the series! I would have rated this higher but I really didn't like how the first two books were set up, especially with the rushed intimacy...

Another Fabulous book

Maya Banks has done it again. I didn't think I could like a couple more than Alaric and Keeley but along came Caelen and Rionna! Storytelling at it's finest!

Final book in the trilogy. I enjoyed the spunk of the heroine, who was not just a door mat.

Lovely conclusion to the trilogy and once again Ms Banks provided me with some great reading material for a wet Sunday.
