As someone who struggled with anorexia during my teenage years, I found this book both relatable and enlightening. The author articulated feelings and experiences that I had intuitively sensed, helping me feel less ashamed and isolated in my past behaviors and thoughts. It was truly helpful to understand how anorexia mutates and lingers, allowing me to recognise my experiences post-recovery. While no two people are alike I felt seen, and I would recommend it.
