+ Hilarious. Found myself continuously laughing over Geralts' grumpiness and shenanigans.
+ Easy to read.
+ Intriguing characters and stories
- Dutch translation used many archaic words and lazily constructed sentences. A bit of restyling would have done wonders, I think. There were lots of spelling mistakes too.
- Women are sometimes described in an overly lustful and objectifying way. I wasn't too bothered by it, but I feel like I need to mention this nevertheless.

+ The humour and plot twists are as dry as usual. I love it.
+ The story of Geralt, Yennefer and Ciri tugged me at the heartstrings. I love Ciri's character in the books. She's so cute, small, angry, snottery, sobbish and just...so realistically written as a child.
Yennefer and Geralt's impossible love is heartwrenching. The moment Geralt went to the grave of wizards brought a lump in my throat.
- The Dutch translation continues to irk me in its spelling errors, but that's hardly the author's fault.
