"All we need is each other. All I need is her."

Finally we go back to the club!
Daddy Ronan.. need I say more!
Finally we get the long awaited story of the billionaire we met in Praise.

Never did I think it would be like this, not one bit. That makes it all the more interesting.
The love that comes from these two is magnetic and you can't not feel it.
Story progression was on point, not too fast and definitely not too slow.

Daisy & Ronan are not what you would expect at all, together and separate.
The things they both go through will have you getting misty eyed and realize, shit this is rough! I know I did. It was out of left field to be honest but it did hit the chest.

The character progression is -chefs kiss- both for Daisy grow into herself in the best but also sad way that she needed to and we get to see Ronan as well move into a character that seems to be more accepting and dare I say hopeful and that just made me love him all that much more!

I cannot wait for Madame because let's be honest we all love her as much as we love Ronan.
While this is a favorite for sure, no one has been able to take Garretts spot at the top and I don't think anyone will.

ok so before the epilogues id give it 5 stars bc it’s easily my favorite book of the series… so far (i’m dying for Eden’s book to be released tonight!!) SPOILER: the girl gets pregnant and i didn’t hate it when we found out at the end but i didn’t need two epilogues about the pregnancy and kids.

back to the good stuff tho. i thought the book had a great plot in a way that made me want to guess what would happen next and if i was right it felt predictable in a good way and not boring at all. i was invested in this book until the end and never got slowed down like with the others. my only complaint throughout the first half of the book was that he’s supposed to be a pleasure dom and the first few scenes didn’t live up to that title but they remedied by the end.

overall i was really happy with this book, obviously :)

like 50% smut / 50% plot

I instantly liked Ronan. He is very likeable and perfect in every way. He checks in with Daisy, takes care of her every single need, and knows his boundaries. Daisy is young and navigating life without her mom, and she never really grieved like she should’ve, and after 3 years it hasn't gotten any easier for her. Daisy is crap at taking care of herself, but like what 22-year-old isn’t? Lines blur and they become more than friends—they just fit so perfectly. Anyways, Daisy is holding on to a HUGE secret that could sabotage their relationship. Daddy, I mean Ronan, just wants to give her the world. My heart at the ending couldn’t take it! Also, I smell a Madam book coming up.

Sara Cate is talented at creating worlds. When I read her stories they never feel impossible or far fetched, it feels like I'm reading a story that someone's experienced. The characters, the plot, and the timelines are all cohesive.

5 stars
Spice: 3/5
Tropes: alpha male, age-gap, innocent heroine, instant connection, “Daddy” vibes

Ughh absolutely amazing.

Painfully wonderful. I was so excited for the book to come out, but I didn't know I would love it this much. The roller coaster of emotion Sara took me on was unexpected and just a lovely ebb and flow of plot and character, filled with pain and love.
