Not going to rate it cuz I’m not a romance fiction fan. However, it was cute, and entertaining; bit predictable, but not terrible at all

i liked this one more than the first, i loved esme, the way that she was open and loving made her my favorite character by far

both books seem to be missing a little something for me so i’m hoping the third has that extra little umph

*fake date; I haven't touched the book since I opened it.
I'm gonna read it! There's just more pressing things to read right now.

Khai and Esme's dynamic was adorable and pulled all me in from the moment they met. Our MCs run the width with their miscommunication due to Esme's cultural and language barriers, as well as Khai's autism and grief.

My biggest gripe with this one was that we got to know Khai's family so well and the love and connections that they have but with Esme we hardly got to know much.

The drama is believable and tugs at your heartstrings because it’s their truth. It’s written beautifully and you feel for them. Another winner from this author!
