Wow. The art in this manga is absolutely stunning, the characters are complicated and I’m sure the nuances will show more in the sequel, and that plot twist has me SHOOK.

I saw another review describe this as a “slow-burn horror” and honestly that’s exactly what it is.

i finished it in less than an hour! very intriguing book. i’m super curious to find out what happens next. please note: this book is more of the setup for the story. it WILL leave off on a cliffhanger. i was dumb and didn’t have the next volume on hand so i’m stuck in suspense until i can get it lol.

realistic depiction of abuse. the art is gorgeous. panels are focused on disturbing facial expressions & dark scenes creating a tense & deeply horrifying atmosphere. i read the whole story in one sitting and cried about 7 times

Boring. I kept thinking it was buildingtension,  but it kept going nowhere. The climax made no sense, and yet was totally predictable.  I feel like maybe this was a set up for something else, but as a stand-alone,  it's forgettable.
