Ich bin sehr begeistert von diesem Comic, der die wichtigsten Themen, historischen Figuren und Ereignisse der Frauenbewegung seit Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts auf den wesentlichen Kern herunterbricht und unterhaltsam veranschaulicht.

Tolle Zeichnungen und ein super Farbkonzept! Und den Humor, mit dem erzählt wird, finde ich genau richtig und sehr unterhaltend, ohne dass diese sehr relevante und ernstzunehmende Thematik darunter leidet. Viel mehr wird sie dadurch sogar noch bereichert.

Artwork is unique, colours are vivid and eye catching, and the stories are powerful and ooze importance. A great visual aid for feminism and also introducing some women throughout history many won’t have heard of before. Particularly great (and primarily aimed) for young teens but the relevance of it can’t be understated and a good, quick read for anyone.

Beginning with the struggle for acknowledgement as living beings and progressing towards equal rights ownership, this has been a war—both metaphorical and actual. Throughout this journey, the lessons learned underscore the significance of freedom, equality, and, above all, sisterhood. Without the bond of sisterhood, the risk of losing these essential elements remains imminent. Still, there is plenty that needs to be done, but rest assured, we have already come this far.
