Such a fantastic book!

Spirit Bound is book 2 of Sea Haven, Sisters of the Heart. This is related to the Sea Haven, Drake Sisters series. This is a reread of the series for me. Stefan is Lev & Ilya’s brother, who is an undercover agent. Judith is Rikki’s sister of her heart. Stefan is sent to Sea Haven to establish a relationship with Judith - she has a stalker that is a crime lord - that Stefan is after. They meet at the gallery that Judith manages as Stefan is pretending to be interested in buying it. Stefan thinks that he was actually sent to determine if Lev is alive so that they can eliminate him & then would also eliminate Stefan.

So far this series isn't bad but it's not giving me a "wow" factor. But I do like the sister/brother theme though.
Trigger Warnings: loss of loved ones, car accident, mention of torture, murder, violence, gun shots, and physical assault

A good, solid read tying in well with the previous book, Water Bound. Wonderful romance (though rocky in places) and exploration of trauma and inner conflict combined with an intriguing overarching mystery -- I look forward to reading the next one.

It would have been an awesome book if they would have deleted half of it, narrator was pretty good

This had its moments, but i really liked this one and i loved the female which rarely happens but i feel that i often felt sympathy for her, and her back story was heart breaking.
