Another white douche bro memoir attempting to hide inside almost deep "research/science."

Overall, interesting information presented about the scarcity loop but not much about how to break out of it. Maybe that’s the hard part. For people who’ve read Comfort Crisis, this book isn’t as focused.

The title of this book is a misnomer. It's autobiographical reminiscences with a very light overlay of scarcity theory. It's not a bad book, he has obviously lived a very interesting life. I just found no applicable content for the topic. I wanted some actionable information to get out of the scarcity mindset loop.
