This was definitely the most enjoyable of the trilogy. It felt anticlimactic and rushed, which is why I rated it the way I did, but I absolutely adored Andrew and Neil.

One word to sum up this whole book.

Andreil being endgame? Satisfaction. Nathan's death? Satisfaction. Foxes on vacay? Satisfaction. Jean out of the Nest? Satisfaction. Neil's deal with Ichirou? Satisfaction. Kevin stepping on court left-handed and with a new tattoo? Satisfaction. Andrew taking Exy seriously? Satisfaction. Foxes winning the NCAA championship? Satisfaction. Riko's arm broken? Satisfaction. Riko's death? Satisfaction. Satisfaction. Satisfaction.</spoilers>

I could go on and on about how exponentially the writing has improved, the beauty of circular endings, intricate and well-developed characters and such, but we're gonna be here for a super long time, then.

The conclusion to the All for the Game series, ties up the whole story and characters with a nice bow. Neil gets his well-deserved freedom (of sorts), as happy an ending as any Fox could ask for.

The conclusion to the All for the Game series sees Neil and Andrew taking their relationship to a physical level. The truth about Neil’s background comes out—as the son of the “Butcher of Baltimore” along with his connections to the Moriyamas. Neil is kidnapped by his father, and is tortured/heavily injured—he is rescued, however, and his father is killed. This allows for Ichirou (of the head Moriyama branch) to take over Neil’s contract and give him a shot at freedom.

idk what to say i didnt wanna finish this book bc of how good it was
the whole team slowly getting close to each other, andrew slowly starting to trust neil and not holding back and them starting a (complicated) relationship 3
this is the best enemies to lovers slowburn hard pining i hate everyone but u extreme version book ive read
its also the best book out of the whole trilogy !! there wasnt rly much happening in the previous ones but this one covered the story really well
i INHALED this book in a night and i couldnt stop reading shaking crying screaming i need more andreil i need a movie or series adaption @netflix
i also found most of the characters likable ! they all had a depth in their pain and together they managed to start healing and became a family

i just feel like the author couldve squished in like 20-30 more pages just so we could see where andreil's relationship was going and what happened after the game and maybe like a few pages of just happiness bc the characters deserve nothing less
and also there were quite a few times when the description took too long and i wasnt rly invested in most of the exy games BUT IT WAS ALL WORTH IT
