Honestly a perfect horror novel and a profound meditation on the power of human grief to fuck with our heads in every horrible way imaginable. As an aside, having read lots of King over the years, I think Jud Crandall is my favorite character in any King story. Ayuh.

Very interesting concept, even the title is enticing, there are so many good parts that just kept me in my toes, but there were so many parts that didn't offer anything to the story or the characters. I put the book down so many times when I reached those "boring parts" and that's a theme with Stephen King from what I've noticed. Truth be told I've only read like 3 books by him but I always seem to find uninteresting parts that just make me put the book down.
EDIT:
I wacthed the newest adaptation of it and it sucks....How did they get is it so wrong??
