This was so cute!! Every once in awhile I like taking a break from complicated fantasy world's (that I totally love) and plot-twisting science fiction (my kryptonite), and this book was perfect for that.

I'm a total sucker for cute teenagers romance once in a while. Halle was a totally relatable character, she has a dream and she knows she needs to work hard to achieve it, meanwhile, Halle is also trying to understand who she really is, between her social media personality, Kels, and real-life Halle. I also must say that I really hate some of Halle's decisions, I understood why she acted like that, but still...

Also Nash was very cute, the whole book I imagined an all bones cute nerd, he was really sweet and I loved the relationship development he had with Halle (to beautiful to handle). But I also felt him a little (very little) plain but still, he and the Le Group (sorry I forgot the name) were relationship goals.

I also forgot to say that it's been a while since I read a whole book in just one day, which was mainly because I couldn't sleep and because I really loved the whole YA book fandom. This book was so easy and light that you definitely will love it. The only negative thing about it was that it ended to suddenly, I would have preferred to see all the main and little subtopics ended in a more proper way, not out of nowhere.

And if you read this far you should probably give this book a chance.

Cute lil story but fell into the typical pitfalls of predictability. The aftermath of the big reveal was so drawn out & then the ending felt rushed.

By the mane, this is now one of my favourite books ever! I don't ever write reviews on Goodreads (have been planning to, but never have), but I knew I had to say something about this book.
What I Like About You was so raw and funny and gut-wrenchingly real about everything from blogging to bookstagramming to book twitter. I totally connected with the stress that comes from college, living up to the family expectations, and everything in life that's so complicated. I loved the Halle/Kels dilemma, which sounds annoying but wasn't, Nash and his nerdiness (LOTR forever!), Le Crew's friendship and Kels's friends online.
If you love books and shouting about books to everyone, read this book. You won't ever regret it.

A book about books and book bloggers? You got me. And the book cover inspired cupcakes were the icing on the top.

Halle has a confident online personality, Kels, a YA book blogger who makes books inspired cupcakes in oppose to her shy, awkward self. Her world is pretty much shaken up when she moves in with her gramps and runs into Nash, her online best friend who has no idea who she really is.

This is one of those stories in which from the get go as the reader you know it's a bad idea for the main character to hide her true identity from her potential love interest but you just have to roll with it and hope things will work out in the end.

It’s full of swoony romance, cupcakes, diverse characters and deals with grief, family, friendship and so much more. Also did I mention cupcakes? Who wouldn’t want yummy book inspired cupcakes! Seriously every time read about it all I could think about was cupcakes. I wanted to bake cupcakes. Eat cupcakes. Breathe cupcakes.

I loved all the characters. They were so wholesome. Nash is definitely a cinnamon roll. And I really loved how close Halle was with her brother Ollie. Not only that, all the relationship dynamics were handled beautifully. The writing was so beautiful and the feelings described there was on point. As a book blogger, I related big time; I felt personally attacked with every turn of the page.

would be a solid 3 stars except for the one specific gripe i have where it dedicates time to sharing the message that u shouldn’t support or bring attention to the work of problematic authors (solid message!) and yet still have plenty of harry potter references throughout (hypocritical! made me roll my eyes)
