Mostly I got this book for the oven baked tomato recipe. I can't believe it's that simple. When I went to Ad Hoc, the best thing was the tomatoes. They were like perfectly seasoned bits of the tastiest red sauce I've ever had. So amazing.
The recipes look pretty solid, and the little notes are nice.
