I loved this book! While the topics were difficult, I thought Evanna told her story well. I loved seeing her personality come out in the words of this book and in the audiobook "performance" that she narrated.

Wow! Wonderfully written. While being incredibly sad, immensely painful and a touch bleak Evanna Lynch did conclude on a high note. I appreciate her honesty and bravery in telling her story as she has in this memoir. The light she shines on mental health and the lack of adequate and individualized care is important.

I would recommend this book to anyone with children, particularly girls, so that they might take away life lessons. Everything from what to watch for with eating disorders, what to say that might help as kids grow, what to keep kids away from (i.e. fashion magazines, negative driven media, etc.) as well as how to teach and help kids have or learn to have a positive relationship with themselves mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
