McCall and Junkyard are back in this fun little read. Things do not go to plan when Scipio forces McCall to take her dog on a relaxing getaway.

You know an author is one of my favorites if I read their novellas. This one was really fun, the only flaw being that I knew the strange guy wasn't going to be the love interest because I'd already read Fractured Stars. I kinda liked him better than the real love interest too.... That caveat aside, this was a fun romp complete with dog.
