How could you not love anything by this man,  and you must read it along with Billy narrating.  To have his childhood and still come through the other side! Some of the stories are familiar  through the years of record listening and attending many a concert.

The loveliest man, with the wildest life. A true treasure. His writing style is conversational.

A wonderful insight into the life of one of my favourite comedians. I could hear his voice in my mind reading every line!

The big yin does not disappoint. He writes an autobiography his own way describing events in no particular order, and says one or two things that may offend. Does he care? Not one jot, and I love that about him! He can get away with it because he's a national treasure and he's not an arsehole in any way shape or form. He seems to be a genuinely nice man who has a charm about him. A very entertaining read!
