Absolutely loved this book! The story was engaging from the get go and never slacked up. John Green creates characters easy to fall in love with.

El libro se encuentra separado en 3 partes, en la primera conocemos a los amigos de Quentin y éste ayuda a Margo a realizar su plan de venganza. En la segunda parte, Margo se va de su casa dejando pistas, como siempre, para ver si la encuentran. Quentin y sus amigos intentarán encontrarla antes que sea demasiado tarde. En la última parte, descubrimos si Quentin encuentra a Margo a tiempo o no.

Grafica de una manera excelente el trauma de la adolescencia en el colegio (con todos sus actores) y lo importante y dificil que es ese paso que todos tenemos que dar en la vida cuando llega el último día de clases de la escuela secundaria, donde dejamos de ser chicos para empezar nuestra vida como adultos y todo lo que ello conlleva, aunque en ese momento no solemos darle esa importancia.

A dead man is described in the beginning of the book and it's later learned he killed himself. This man becomes a central theme of the book. One of the main characters has worries the other main character is experiencing suicidal thoughts.

There are elements of beauty to this book, pure poetry, beautiful lessons on life, love and purpose. In saying that, there are also annoying, selfish characters, with flaws and mannerisms that are a bit too annoying to ignore.

This book was a real disappointment. I found myself reading these adventures but not caring for the characters involved at all. The story ultimately ended in a unsatisfactory way.

It has such a strong and powerful meaning about frinedship, mental instability, regrets, abandonment, love, revenge and it is so impactful for teens who are graduating high school.

All of John Greens books although may seem predictable they actually aren't and usually have a very strong connection with mental health/illness and a strong connection to personal relationships and parental support/involvement.
