This one was alright. Its mostly starts off with them being interrogated by the police or some sort and they figure things out and how to take the attack to Mastema, Sameal makes plans and they do and what they find are horror..transformed beings and so its upto Mikey and his family to defeat these monsters and then Mastema and then we see her plans, motives which is more scary than Lore and finally the sacrifice which leads to an even bigger thing. And there are some interesting things happening between Kallista and Brennan.
Great volume and continues to show the threat of Kallista and her plan is different from her fathers but its worse. I like the slow natured pace of this volume and the focus on Mikey and his growth for his father. Its a theme the writer has been hinting on a lot. Fathers and sons and sacrifices. The climax was expected but still good to see the final war is here!

Story moved along very quickly and this one and left us on such a fun cliffhanger that I can't wait to see the next volume.
