Lovely anthology of Mother/Daughter essays that is a must-read for everyone who is a mother, has a mother, is a daughter,has a daughter, or all of the above! The contributors are very real women with real, funny, heart-breaking lives, and I found myself both laughing and moved to tears. Makes a great gift for any woman who is close to you - I bought 2 copies for moms-to-be, one for myself, and one for my mother.

I loved this collection of essays that examine the mother-daughter bond from both sides; what it means to be a daughter and a mother at the same time.
