This was repetitive for the first bit but then it went back to the regularly scheduled comedy. This is what I remembered reading a while ago. The humor is only funny once for me.

Didn’t enjoy this vol that much compare to the 1st volume. Although the art did improved a little bit.

This volume may be more comedic than the 1st but why is that I prefer the 1st volume more

The love that I feel for this series is SO DAMN STRONG! Miyuki and Kaguya are fantastic and I love the mind games they play and how they play out. The chapter revolving around an indirect kiss was hilarious thanks to the panel layout and the conclusion, but my favorite thus far is the chapter with the French exchange students. Not only did I get to see Miyuki is an academic bind (not knowing enough French in comparison to Kaguya and Chika) but I got see Chika shine AND Kaguya verbally assault Betsy. Damn, that chapter was great!

Hayasaka is an interesting character as well and I love how she's down to earth and logical about love, but she also knows Kaguya well enough to know how to give her a healthy does of reality without Kaguya knowing. They definitely have an interesting bond, plus I love her character design!

I know I mentioned this in the last review and I KNOW I'll be mentioning it in most of my reviews of this series, but I actually love the repetitive nature of the jokes/scenarios. The jokes never stop being funny and seeing Miyuki and Kaguya's thoughts as they get through each scenario is a joy to watch. This definitely won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I love it!

Another great volume, another fun time!
