i loved the first half, but the second half got too big for me,, it felt like there was way too much going on and these two characters had to be merged into one with force (amnesia) rather than it being a natural story progression,, that being said, i was interested the whole time, but i lost my strong liking of it after kaan brought her back to his kingdom… also i don’t want her to be mother

A very very very enjoyable first book in a new series containing dragons, a cool magic system with gods intertwined and a beautiful romance build up.

I did need some time in the beginning to ‘place’ everything. It was a bit chaotic for my taste, but overall it’s a really nice build up with which you really come to love the characters.

I think the author’s writing in general is really beautiful and I am So excited to see what’s all going to happen next! Waiting for the next book is going to be hard; I want soooo much more, right now. Really can’t get enough of it.

Highly recommend picking this one up if you’re looking for a good romantasy, filled with dragons, magics, action, romance and a touch of darkness/brutality here and there. All perfectly blended.
