This was good. Not as good as The Blood-stained Pavement, but it was still good. I wouldn't have guessed except I've already read it. But it's a good story and I like reading it occasionally.

The only thing I didn't like about this short story was, as usual, Miss Marple. Err that lady rubs me the wrong way every time I read a story with her in it.

(to Aunt Jane:) "What is your opinion?"
"You wouldn't like my opinion, dear. Young people never do, I notice. It is better to say nothing."

(at this point I'd be like "the HECK we don't want it, Aunt Jane, so go away and leave us alone thx" Unfortunately...)
"Nonsense, Aunt Jane; out with it."
(oh well NOW that he presses her, and since she was planning on telling them this whole time ANYWAY, she's like)

because she can't bear to NOT be the center of attention and also right about everything. It totally reminds me of that sWooZie video about cheaters in college and he's like I aint no snitch so don't ask me to rat on my friends and the guy's like no I won't ask you to-- and he says OK FINE IT WAS AIDEN AND SARAH. Like that is so Miss Marple I swear. But other than Miss Marple being subtle with a capital B, it was a pretty good story.
