I was just as invested in the second book to the series, as I was the first. I think of might of even liked it a little bit better just because of the references to dracula. I also thought the addition of new child characters was fun. I like that the main bad guy is getting a different literary characters name and every book. This is a good children's book, because it doesn't dumb anything down and think that kids are dumb or won't understand things simply because their children. I like that I really got to see Theo and Alexander use what most people would see as the negative traits they have as positives. I like that the count wasn't  a vampire, and was truly just an accountant trying to get a pyramid scheme off the ground.
