Finally I’m back into this series and it’s making sense again. Love this volume, it was a wild ride. Can’t wait to see what’s up with the cliffhanger.

This volume introduces a really interesting twist tied into the backstory of two major characters. It's the type of twist that's difficult to pull off this late into a series--and I'm not sure it was done perfectly--but I'm still very intrigued about the direction in which this story is heading. My main issue was simply that certain characters seem very different from how they acted earlier in the series. I would have appreciated a slower build to some of these reveals, or even a bit more foreshadowing earlier on (assuming this was something the writer planned from the start, which seems to be the case).

Loved this! Especially Ananke’s background…just incredible storytelling. The Pantheon through the ages panels….OMG! Just incredible. Character motivations were finally revealed and the exposition helped clarify occurrences in the previous volumes. Looking forward to wrapping the story up!
