More people need to read these poems and prose pieces. Borden was an amazing person and the fact I had to wait till university to learn about her is shocking. Like absolutely read the poets from the trenches but theirs was not the only experience of the conflict, and the things Borden did to help in the war deserve to be remembered. Also she wrote really well.
