I enjoyed this one I just felt like it ended too soon. I didn't get enough before it was over. Good read though.

Probably my least fav Sherelle Green book this far, and I’ve read about 5. I just didn’t feel pulled into the story. Nothing made me care about their romance at all. I only finished because it was an audio book. There were some moments that made me laugh, which was nice.

#Blessed by Malakai was a delightful love story narrated by Jakobi Diem and Mari. Malakai had a bit of bad luck on social media and is in need of a personal rebranding. Avery is trying to break into the PR world with her boutique firm and talks her way into an interview to be Malakai's image consultant. This story is very low angst, both characters know who they are and what they want and are extremely mature in going after what they want. I really enjoyed this story, it was refreshing to have two adults pursuing love and establishing a mature and healthy relationship. The narration by Jakobi Diem and Mari is well performed and enhanced the story.

I very much enjoyed my first book by Sherelle Green a solid 3.5 star review, which I rounded up due to excellent narration!

Go ahead Malakai!

Despite ill intentions on the part of an obsessed ex, Malakai’s Twitter misfortunes led to love. Who knew that there was a connection from the past between them? Such a great story. Can’t wait for the next brother’s book!

First of all, I love the banter between the brothers. Second, the first few chapters were so dang hilarious I had to start over to make sure I hadn't missed anything. I enjoyed these characters and will go back to read the previous series to catch up on the Madden brothers who have already found their HEA.
