Perfect for those who want spice with little to no plot, no woe is me mc, and a happy ending. Dominick is the morally grey dark haired dreamboat we all want without getting violent. Kendall is the girl we all wanted to be in high school, with the money, the looks and Dom’s attention.

This read a bit like a YA novel with some R rated scenes. It was fine if you just want a spicy beach read that you don't have to think too hard about. 

That said, this was super heavy on the male gaze. The female lead is kind of dumb and naive even though you are clearly supposed to believe she is strong and independent. The male lead is also super shallow and and I couldn't really get past that he is supposedly super rich and smart at 33. It might have been better if the positioned him as closer to 40.
