A very quick read!
Lots of practical ideas to help you work out what is important in your day. Would be particularly helpful if your life is busy and stressful.

This book is super little and at first I didn’t find it very insightful. It runs through all the usual good habits that help like Morning Pages and gratitude journalling which I didn’t find very inspired.

However, when I got to the part about ‘tilting’, my ears definitely perked up. I loved how clearly McAlary explained the myth of balance and the need to tilt and be flexible in order to find fulfilment. I’m definitely factoring this into my thinking moving forward.
