An enjoyable way to learn about Alaskan Athabascan ways of survival and old legends. It was a very fast read and a well told elongated legend.

A wonderful short story about friendship, forgiveness, and overcoming hardship. The narration feels like sitting in your grandma's lap as she tells you stories of her childhood. Overall a very warm and touching story despite taking place in the cold tundra.
