I cried. I read this out of order but it still got to me.

A not-so traditional marriage from a not-so traditional couple. It was nice of Laurie R. King to give us the details of how and when Holmes and Russell got married since it was never explained in the books. She probably got tired of people asking her about it and wrote this short story as the answer. It works, it fits into the series and answers the questions we've all had over the years.

A short story that delivers exactly what the title conveys. I enjoyed reading this as I missed it the first time around. I liked the humor that comes through in a subtle way.

Classic Russell and Holmes - I wish more of the full-length novels later in the series had this same charm!
