This book is the most different compared to the other books in the series. I loved finally learning what happened when Lucien and Simone were trapped in Valdor for their own safety. Great book! Lucien learns that love is worth and conquers all. Highly recommend. Can't wait for Len and Sam's story. Who knows, maybe Galleli will be next.

Shadow growled something about being a fucking god and not a carpenter, but no one bothered to comment.

Una vez más esta saga tiene una maravilla de libro. En este caso no hay grandes aventuras, las pruebas a las que es sometida Simone son muy simples, pero las intrigas de la ciudad de los vampiros hacen que te quedes pegada al libro leyendo.
Simone y Lucien me han gustado mucho como pareja, creo que se complementan muy bien y que Dan mucho juego dentro de la historia. Tengo muchas ganas de seguir leyendo esta saga.

I love this series so much. I read this book so quickly. Love Lucien and Simone.. love Lucien’s willingness to burn the whole world to find his mate. I can’t wait to read the next book but I am not wanting this series to end at all. Love all the characters.

Crimson & bee melt your heart out! Absolutely loving these spin offs and seeing the different worlds and watching characters grow. Really enjoyed this read and love the little easter egg hints for the next story.
