Temperance Brannon does what she does best. Tries to soƶve the crime ob her own and gets into trouble.
I enjoyed the book, but was not different from any of the other books in the series. Maybe I didn't lile it that much because I do not enjoy the on/off relationship.

Reichs has hit on a formula that largely works. Why not read them all?

Quite a satisfying read; really not much like Temperance Brennan from the TV show, but the original Brennan is interesting and multi-dimensional in her own way. Pretty easy + engaging reading.
