I found this to be an affirming book to read as a late diagnosed autistic woman. It provided examples that were highly relatable and also examples that I never would have connected with autism. I appreciate that the book covers a wide range of topics such as young childhood experiences, pregancy, eating disorders, and mental health. I would recommend this book for someone looking to gather more information about Autism in women, either in themselves or a loved one. However, keep in mind that the language is a little outdated, and harmful, as it still references "Asperger syndrome", so named after a Nazi scientist.
