Definitely not my favorite of the books, but it wasn't too bad.

This was a great addition to the Library Lover's series. To those who have been following the series since the beginning, some great things happen in here that will make you go "Well, finally!"
The mystery was well written, and gave a nice sense of dread. As the murder happened over 20 years ago, Lindsey starts to realize that the killer might never have left Briar Creek and might be someone she sees every day.
The introduction of new characters (Paula) gave the book a sense of fresh air that I hope continues, and while I do wish there was more interaction between Lindsey and some of the characters, I felt the character development was excellent. Makes me wish the rest of the series was here!

Better Late Than Never is number seven in the Library Lovers Mystery series. It might be one of my favorites. There were lots of sweet moments that made me smile. The love interests didn't annoy me in this one. The mystery was good and I absolutely didn't see the ending coming.
