Boom, boom, fucking boom. If I never read another book again, and could only read this one. That would be okay. I love Johnny and Shannon so much 😭 I need them for keeps!!

I haven’t stopped thinking about them since I finished the book, and will be reading Keeping 13 ASAP.

Every single page of this book was beautiful. It’s a book that simultaneously made me laugh and cry. Sometimes on the same page. I’ve never loved characters more, or rooted for a couple more. The writing was amazing, to generate such feeling from the readers requires immense skill, of which Walsh clearly has in buckets.

The book is an emotional rollercoaster. Despite such heavy themes I found myself laughing often. Their banter was great but also Gibsie 🥲

Please, just check the CW’s and if you feel you can, read it. This didn’t even take me two days to read and it is CHUNKY. But I just couldn’t put it down. It’s addictive.

This book tore me into pieces, how much the fmc goes thorugh is honestly unthinkable and how the mcc makes it his mission to helo
her in any way shape or form
im utterly amazed by it and i would totally recommend it if you can deal with hard subjects

I wasn’t really sure how to feel about this book going in but I’m completely obsessed. First of all Johnny is a dream boat but my favorite male character hands down is Gibsie. He had me literally laughing out loud the entire time.

Also can we just say that Johnny high on morphine was the greatest thing ever 💀

That cliffhanger too 😮‍💨

On to book 2 👋🏼

Found this hard to get into with the culture of the book and not knowing much about rugby. It almost felt to young for me in the start, but I grew to really like it. Really hard to rate star wise. I enjoyed the suspense and constantly was wanting to read to know what happened even stay up late to continue reading. Excited to continue the series and see what happens.
