Farrah Rochon stuck the landing of The Boyfriend Project trilogy with this book. I loved London in the previous two books, and was excited for her book. Thanks to #NetGalley for the ARC.
It had a bit of an Enemies to Lovers vibe, but that was clearly a one sided remnant on London’s part from a high school competition that was cutthroat for her and a desperate grab for her attention by Drew.
And GOOD GRACIOUS- Drew!

Farrah Rochon is one of my favorite romance authors and I loved the prior two books in the Boyfriend Project series.
⠀
I had high expectations going into this book, and as expected I did love the couple and their shared history and rekindling during a HS class reunion.
⠀
I found the careers of each character a bit too far fetched to me, given their prospective ages and the salaries did not align up with today’s current societal norms per career.
Given that, it was a bit too Greys Anatomy for me in the unrealistic world of how we assume surgical residents have any saying power amongst a Hospital Board. *This is my own personal reflection and many probably will not notice*
⠀
3.5 stars for me, but I still highly recommend this book.

3.5 stars. London was lowkey annoying at times holding on to hate from high school fifteen years ago, which we knew because we were reminded every other sentence. Also didn’t care for the Nina storyline, very unnecessary to me. But Drew was sooo sweet!
Safe to say that The Dating Playbook was my favorite in the series

Cute enough, but a lot of diet talk which I did not love. Like so so much “I should really eat better” that was totally unnecessary to the plot.
Also, the dad was a full on cartoon villain?
