This is set a few months after the events of Paranormalcy, and Evie is LOVING her new life. She's still with her great boyfriend, Lend, and she's got a job, her own apartment and, best of all, she's got friends at school---AND her own locker! She's just like every other teenager, which is all she's ever wanted.
Except, of course, she's really not. And when IPCA finds her and wants her to come work for them again, she's torn. On the one hand, she doesn't want to be abnormal anymore. But on the other, isn't it irresponsible not to help?
This is another book that's just pure fun. Evie is one of my favorite heroines in YA (she's irrepressible and snarky without ever being annoying) and I also love her relationship with Lend. Apparently this is only a trilogy, which means that the next book will be Evie's last. I'm hoping that's not true.
If you are in the mood for plenty of action, a sweet romance and laugh out loud scenes, check out this series. You won't be disappointed. :)
