Beautiful writing, a well-crafted and extremely insightful narrative filled with social commentary. Forster clearly understands the complexity of human relationships and, even though I couldn't see a strong basis for the love relationship that ensued, I could look past that and thoroughly enjoyed reading about the aftermath and how characters denied themselves their true thoughts and feelings in light of propriety and social expectations.

I look forward to further explore E.M. Forster's work!
