Meet cute start, a love that shouldn’t happen and so many great friends around them, Reid and Leona have to wave through lots of difficulties in their way for a happily ever after.

They both have set themselves for success, especially Reid and while his goal is to play pro, he can’t help but fall in love with Leona.

Secret encounters, steamy romance and lots of heartbreaking moments, this is a must read for any NA romance lovers.

Being the first in a new series, I’m looking forward to read some of the side characters’ stories.

Amazing!

At first was a little skeptical but soon fell in love. Reid and Leona are just adorable! Makes me wish I’d have given in to actual college life and fallen in love from a University. Definitely excited to see Cole and Kennedys story next!

ARC Review:

Going back into a college football romance written by Maya Hughes is like stepping into a hot shower after a long day. After this I am so excited for the STFU players (who collectively are the Zoo, and that's what their house is called too) and already made little notes to myself guessing at who the couples will be. I'm going to love this series and I think you will too.

Reid and Leona meet by chance, sparks fly, but both are keeping parts of themselves under wraps: Reid doesn't want his status as a football player to impact her perception of him, and she's the daughter of the college president and doesn't want it to have a chilling affect on her relationships, romantic or otherwise. It doesn't help that his coach and her dad despise each other, and when their truths come out, they find themselves on opposite sides of a real but absurd line. And that's when it becomes a secret...and secrets can be fun. Reid and Leona are both characters with more to their stories, very specific dreams, and some upsets to recover from. It makes them freaking adorable together because choosing the other means they both grow, a lot, by the end of the book. You can't stop smiling from the cute, honestly.

This is the perfect introduction to a new football family that we've known as the enemy (and they talk a lot of crap about FU but it just makes you smile) - these are characters you can root for, who have varied dreams and dream big, and find ways to support each other. There are so many traditions at STFU and I can't wait to see them all on the page.

I also loved this book because there's an honest to god villain - Coach Mikelson. The man is a monster and I will be hoping he gets what's coming to him as much as I will be hoping that the boys in the Zoo will find love. At one point I had to walk away from the book he filled me with so much rage. But it's nice to have a real bad guy beyond circumstances or emotions.

This has everything a good college football romance should have - tight friendship and growth, drama and intrigue, secrets and traditions, and very hot strong men who deeply fall for their women. I couldn't put it down!
