Good read.

Very wishy washy. I liked that she stuck to her values and didn't give in just because she had amazing chemistry with the guy. I thought that was good and made her character stand out more to me.

Why was her friend called Lemon? Couldn't we have gone for something better??

4.5. This book was adorable. Honestly, who doesn't love a good "American commoner falls for a handsome prince" story? Personally, it is kind of the dream of my life. The main character, Kat, was kind of annoying. She was just so dramatic and insecure (for good reasons) that it could be a tiny bit irritating to read at times. But, THAT PRINCE. He was swoon-worthy, almost Italian and a totally standup guy. It was the perfect, quick read that can be finished on any given snow day.

I never thought insta-love could be this lame. I really tried to like this book, but I couldn't. We know the struggles you can have when your brain says something, and your heart says the opposite, that was what was happening with Kat, but she was really frustrating, even her struggles were lame. I thought about dropping this book more than once, but I really wanted to give it a chance, well it was lame til the end.

Sigh, boy do I love a good love story, this book had it in spades. I loved the Cinderella aspect of it. It was sweet and the narrator does a fantastic job with all the characters she really brought them to life. I could see the story playing out behind my eyes.

This is a clean romance and usually I don’t like those because I feel like the story suffers and it really isn’t real. But that couldn’t be farther from the truth. The author does a great job with the balance of sexual tension but without going over that line.

I can’t wait to get started on Lemon’s story and her accent alone and the way she speaks I know it is going to be a great story.
